With the arrival of William, Annabel and Patrick’s son, in the kitchen, our dishes – which remain true to tradition – have taken on a whole new dimension.

The chef draws on the bounty of the local region to introduce you to a cuisine rich in flavour, a home-cooked menu crafted from fresh produce. Every dish is a delight for both the eyes and the palate.

Our chef, William, comes up with new recipes every day: from apple and basil ice cream or fir bud honey, to pastis-glazed parsnips, slow-cooked duck breast with spicy flavours, Savoy sponge cake, the traditional blueberry tart… not to mention our local specialities, the ‘merveilles’ and ‘rissoles’!

It is a journey into a thrilling world of flavours.

The menu is displayed every morning at breakfast, which allows our chefs to use fresh produce.
